I am actively engaged in promoting and developing coffee culture in Macedonia. My journey has included numerous training programs, with the highlight being my training at the Lavazza Center in Turin, Italy. It was there that I earned my certification as a Professional Barista Instructor. I am now in my seventh year managing the Lavazza Training Center in Macedonia.
I have work experience in several renowned cafeterias of which for the last 11 years I have been responsible for all three Coffee Factory cafeterias.

Discussion of current coffee industry trends
I'm proud to be a professional barista, an instructor at the Lavazza Training Center, and a manager. With my deep-rooted passion for the coffee industry, I find joy in every cup brewed and every barista trained.
As a manager, I strive for productive work environment. I believe in leading by example, leveraging my years of expertise to inspire and motivate my team. I'm a believer in constant learning, and I'm always searching for new ways to innovate and keep pace with the dynamic world of coffee.
Working with the Lavazza Training Center, I've had the opportunity to hone my skills in operations management and team leadership. It's a challenging but rewarding role that requires a delicate balance between ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business performance.
My ultimate goal is to ensure that every visitor to our center leaves with not just a cup of excellent coffee, but a memorable coffee experience. Because, at the end of the day, coffee is about more than just a drink—it's a lifestyle, a culture, and for many of us, a passion.
